Allison Brewer-Price, RDN, is a Dietician and Nutritionist at Advanced Pediatrics. Since opening their doors in 2001, the private pediatric practice has earned an exemplary reputation for excellence in pediatric care in Vienna, Virginia, and throughout the National Capital Region.
Allison received a dual Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise, as well as Psychology. She then went on to complete her dietetic internship at the University of Virginia, focusing on pediatric nutrition support.
Her previous jobs include Children’s National Hospital in Washington D.C. and Walter Reed Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
In addition to being a registered dietitian, Allison is a board-certified nutrition support clinician. While her clinical interest spans pediatric care, her special interests include infant weight gain, feeding issues of all ages, food allergies, support nutrition, and GI-related concerns.
Allison is a native of Northern Virginia and lives in Herndon with her husband and two dogs, and she enjoys cooking, reading, and running. She loves playing outside in her garden and is also a certified yoga teacher.
