Just call to make an appointment! We are accepting new and established patients. For new patients, no pre-registration is necessary. Just confirm that we accept your insurance policy below and call to schedule an appointment. Newborn visits can be made the day of discharge from the hospital and will usually be scheduled for the next business day. For all visits, please bring your insurance card. For all new patient visits, please additionally bring your vaccine and prior medical records if possible to your visit. Check our well-child guide to see if there are any surveys that you could complete prior to coming to your well visit appointment and plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Have a sick child? Either schedule a same-day sick appointment, use our walk-in clinic or make an appointment later in the week. For chronic, recurrent issues, schedule an extended sick or consult appointment with the provider of your choice so that you will have ample time to discuss all your concerns.
