To schedule:
● Log into patient portal● Navigate to “Upcoming Appts”● Click the blue “Schedule Appt Now” button● Available dates, times, and providers will appear for eligible well visits
Please note:
● Online scheduling is available for well child, flu/covid vaccines, same day sick visits, & medication refill appts. ● Appointments scheduled on Saturdays or weekdays after 5:30PM will incur an additional $30 charge per family. ● If you are unable to find an appointment online, please call our office for assistance
