To schedule:
● Log into patient portal● Navigate to “Upcoming Appts”● Click the blue “Schedule Appt Now” button● Available dates, times, and providers will appear for eligible well visits

● Online scheduling is currently limited and available only for well child visits● If you are unable to find an appointment online, please call our office for assistance● Appointments scheduled online cannot be canceled through the portal—please call the office if you need to make changes
