Well Visit

At Advanced Pediatrics we recognize that good medical care starts with you.  Well-child care is much more than having your child weighed or receiving shots.  We need to partner with you in order to customize our care to your child and give the best care possible.  But to do this we need your help!

• Before your visit: Learn and prepare by completing online questionnaires and bringing them to visits to help us target our time with you. Also make a list of questions you would like to ask the provider you see to ensure all of your questions are answered.
  
• During your visit:  Share your questions and concerns with us.  Also bring any forms you need completed and remember to ask for medication refills that your child needs.
  
• After you visit:  Give feedback confidentially through an online questionnaire about the care your child received.  This will help us improve your care.
