Dr. Kristen Johnson
Dr. Johnson lives in Fairfax, Virginia with her husband and two children. She received her B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and went on to complete medical school and residency at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. She is board certified in pediatric medicine and a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). She speaks English and Spanish. Dr. Johnson’s clinical interests encompass all aspects of pediatric care from the newborn period to adolescence, and she has a special interest in asthma, allergic disease, and nutrition. She loves travel and has had the good fortune to work and study in locations as diverse as London, Paris, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Bolivia. In her spare time she enjoys playing, reading, and being out of doors with her family; bicycling and tennis; camping, and cooking.
